, our Director of Sales and Retail Marketing must have extensive experience in setting up retail stores, chain stores, store-in-store concepts, and premier stores, particularly in the cable TC, Internet, and Home Security Industries.

As the Director of Sales and Retail Marketing for Smarter home.ai
, you will be:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies for retail marketing.
• Actively involved in setting up retail stores, chain stores, store-in-store concepts, and premier stores.
• Extensively traveling across the states to establish and optimize distribution channels.
• Directly hiring, training, and managing sales representatives.
• Strong background in the cable TV, internet, and home security industries.
• Proven track record with multi-provider carrier cell phone shops.
• Ability to manage exclusive store setups and authorized retailer networks.

For the position of Director of Sales and Retail Marketing, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications of similar.
  Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales and distribution.
• Must have a strong background in the cable TV, internet, and home security industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site at out Newport beach Office.
• Excellent writing, and communication skills is a must.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Highly creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Must be willing to submit background check authorization.
