The Retail Operations Manager owns retail expansion and execution of the retail playbook. This is a hands‑on management role focused on driving results on the ground by activating, scaling, and holding retail locations accountable. The role starts execution‑heavy and grows in scope as performance is proven.
Core Responsibilities- Own rollout and execution of the retail playbook across assigned markets.
- Drive retail expansion and improve underperforming locations.
- Hold local teams accountable through clear standards and follow‑up.
- Conduct store visits to verify execution accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure kiosk deployment, visibility, and functionality.
- Oversee inventory and collateral distribution and accuracy.
- Ensure Google Business Profiles are accurate and generating reviews.
- Review sales reports with sales leaders and act on performance gaps.
- Active retail location percentage.
- Retail expansion targets met.
- Kiosk deployment and verification compliance.
- Inventory and collateral accuracy.
- Store‑level sales activity and execution.
- Issues resolved without escalation.
- 5+ years in retail operations, field operations, or multi‑location management.
- Proven ability to execute and hold teams accountable.
- Comfortable with store visits, follow‑up, and enforcement.
- Very computer‑ and systems‑literate (CRMs, dashboards, reporting tools).
- Strong analytical and operational discipline.
- English required;
Spanish a strong plus.
