Compensation: $95,000.00 to $ per year base plus commission and bonuses. Potential to exceed $ annually.

Smarter Home.ai, a Master Distributor of top-tier services in cable, internet, phone, wireless products, and home security, is immediately hiring a Sr. Manager, Retail Sales to expand our retail footprint nationwide.  , our Sr. Manager, Retail Sales must have extensive experience in setting up retail stores, chain stores, store-in-store concepts, and premier stores, particularly in the cable TC, Internet, and Home Security Industries.

As the Sr. Manager, Retail Sales for Smarter home.ai, you will be:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies for retail marketing.
• Actively involved in setting up retail stores, chain stores, store-in-store concepts, and premier stores.
• Extensively traveling across the states to establish and optimize distribution channels.
• Directly hiring, training, and managing sales representatives.
• Strong background in the cable TV, internet, and home security industries.
• Proven track record with multi-provider carrier cell phone retailers.
• Ability to manage exclusive store setups and authorized retailer networks.

For the position of Sr. Manager, Retail Sales, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications of similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales and distribution.
• Field Sales Manager Experience preferred
• Must have a strong background in the cable TV, internet, and home security industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site at out Newport Beach Office.
• Excellent writing, and communication skills is a must.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Highly creative, detail-oriented, and results‑driven.
• Must be willing to submit background check authorization.
