• Execute interior & window changeovers & installations for stores. Includes: construction of any interior/window sets, on-site prop handling & prop placement.
• Conduct periodic walkthrough of locations, identifying opportunities to improve overall visual appearance of the site.
• Prep for next installation or floor change.
• Execute daily interior-set maintenance for store including repositioning mannequins, propping, merchandising, & sourcing products for presentations.
• Assist in procuring elements for windows - wallpaper, paint, rugs, fabrics, lighting & decorative props.

Salary range: $0 - $480.77 hourly.

• Visual presentation and rigging experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skill set which enables managing and engaging the team.
• Ability to manage and travel to multiple store locations.
• Ability to conduct installations outside of standard working and retail store hours (i.e., evenings after 9pm and weekends).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with supervisors, direct reports, and peers.
• General computer proficiency including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Passion and affinity for the Ralph Lauren brand.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to execute to a running punch list, maintain and install a rolling calendar and meet fast-paced deadlines with minimal direction.
• Ability to travel to multiple store locations.
• Ability to conduct installations outside of standard working and retail store hours (i.e., evenings after 9 PM and weekends).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with supervisors and peers.
