Stock Coordinator

Responsible for managing inventory to ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and ready for customers.

• Receive and process incoming shipments, organize and store inventory, and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Replenish the sales floor from back stock and notify management of low or overstock situations.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures and support sales associates during busy periods.
• Maintain the shop’s aesthetic and cleanliness, and respond proactively to unexpected circumstances.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and best practice standards for the stockroom.
• Prepare all shipment to be steamed, hung, or folded (remove paper and packaging).
• Perform all duties in compliance with company productivity and visual standards.
• Notify the Store Manager in advance of supplies needed (hangers, sensors, pins).
• Open, sort, and prioritize all incoming shipments with the Manager’s guidance.
• Work on a variable schedule including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Comfortable navigating a computer and using POS software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Excellent multitasking abilities.
