Retail Sales Associate

LSPACE, a stylish and high-quality lifestyle brand, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Newport Beach location. We specialize in swimwear, active wear, and everyday clothing that offers "that feel good fit" to our customers. We inspire confidence in our customers through fit and premium fabrics. We offer our customer high quality swim and fashionable, multipurpose apparel that can be worn from beach to brunch to night.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring that they have a positive and memorable shopping experience. You will also be responsible for achieving sales goals, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, and assisting with inventory management.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Offer product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized and clean store environment.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.

• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
