Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and provide styling recommendations for womens ready to wear.
• Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and follow up to build client relationships.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards on the sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Process sales transactions, handle returns, and support inventory replenishment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail or customer-facing sales experience, preferably in apparel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Knowledge of womens ready to wear trends and sizing, with an eye for styling.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
