This position is speaking to you if you are someone who has retail and customer service experience, a deep interest in fashion, current trends, clothing, and designer labels!
Offering Competitive Pay based on your retail experience PLUS Commission.
Skills / RequirementsCustomer Service & Store Support
- Assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner on the sales floor
- Support sales associates, intake staff, and store leadership as needed
- Restock and rotate merchandise to ensure the floor is fully represented
- Assist with opening and closing duties as directed by store leadership
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Interest in home furnishings, interior design, or luxury resale a plus
- Reliable, team-oriented, and energetic
- Retail experience preferred
- Customer service oriented – must enjoy working with people
- Prior experience using a computerized point-of-sale (POS) system preferred
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work weekend shift(s) and holidays as needed required
- Position requires standing for long periods of time, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting at least 30+ pounds
