As we expand our retail presence, we are looking for passionate and personable sales associates to join our team at our Fashion Island store in Newport Beach.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Shift Leader who is passionate about luxury retail, customer experience, and the growing pickleball lifestyle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of style, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mentality. As a key representative of J. Pritchard, you will play an essential role in building brand loyalty, driving sales, and creating a welcoming environment forour customers.

• Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience that reflects J. Pritchard's brand values.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering a sense of community and brand loyalty.
• Educate customers on our brand story, product craftsmanship, and the heritage of pickleball.
• Assist with merchandising, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring the store is impeccably presented.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using our POS system.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals through proactive client engagement.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and store events.
• Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and stock replenishment.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail, preferably in premium or luxury fashion.
• Passion for customer service and creating an exceptional shopping experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of or interest in pickleball is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
