Dior Shoe Ambassador

Summary

Working with the Neiman Marcus team, the Dior Shoe Ambassador supports the day-to-day sales, client journey and recruitment, and operational and visual merchandising for the Dior shoe business. The role focuses on delivering personalized service, expert product knowledge and strong brand representation while partnering with leased department store teams to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Dior brand standards and a strong in-store presence through collaboration and engagement with store teams.
• Provide personalized client service, product knowledge and brand storytelling to elevate the client experience and drive sales.
• Train and support leased department store sellers with styling guidance and collection insights to enable sales performance.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and complete boutique opening/closing procedures and POS operations.
• Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, shipments, transfers, returns and stockroom organization.
• Complete daily and weekly reporting, sales and banking reconciliation, and communicate client feedback and operational insights to management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail operations, cashier, or sales support experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and follow-through skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly move, lift and handle merchandise, fixtures and supplies.
