The Merchandise Operations Associate supports store operations through merchandise handling, inventory control, order fulfillment, and stockroom organization. This role helps maintain merchandise standards and enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities- Receive, process, transfer, and handle inbound and outbound merchandise.
- Pack and ship online and in-store customer orders.
- Complete merchandise placement, price changes, reticketing, and inventory control tasks.
- Maintain back stock and stockroom organization, and support sale events, signage, and in-store activations.
- Follow safety procedures in the dock and other work areas.
- At least 1 year of retail experience.
- Flexibility managing competing tasks and a collaborative mindset.
- Basic proficiency with the MS Office product suite.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Some roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting or carrying up to 35 pounds.
