The Seasonal Selling Associate enhances the client experience by supporting the selling team during the holiday season. This role welcomes clients, connects them with appropriate associates, and provides flexible support across store departments.
Responsibilities- Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with the appropriate associate based on their needs.
- Work in different store areas according to business needs and process point-of-sale transactions.
- Respond to customer requests and connect escalated issues with management.
- Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences in partnership with store teams.
- Introduce clients to available services and assist with package carry-out or delivery.
- At least one year of experience in a customer-focused role with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
