The Inventory Specialist ensures the effective flow of goods in and out of the boutique to support a seamless client experience. This role works with the inventory and operations teams to maintain high operational standards and accurate stock records.
Responsibilities- Process received stock and record it in the system.
- Organize and maintain stock according to brand standards.
- Prepare and ship outbound shipments.
- Execute stock cycle counts and annual physical inventory with guidance.
- Build positive relationships across the boutique and support collaborative teamwork.
- At least 1 year of related experience and a high school diploma.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and a service-minded approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate a passion for client experience.
- Ability to lift, pull, and push items up to 25 pounds, including overhead lifting.
- Flexible availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
