Summary
Assist a Personal Stylist with client communication, outfit recommendations, and operational support throughout the selling process. Help create memorable customer experiences through in-store appointments and online platforms.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and support selling appointments, ring transactions at POS, and process merchandise for Fashionphile Service.
- Follow up after appointments by tracking orders, coordinating alterations, and sending thank-you notes.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and experiences for top clients.
- Enter and maintain accurate clientele information and support digital selling and social media activity.
- Return unsold merchandise to stock and maintain clean fitting rooms.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with technology and digital tools.
- Fashion retail experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
