, our Retail Success Manager is responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of retail partners. This role focuses on driving sales performance, delivering operational support, coordinating training, managing commissions, resolving escalations, and assisting with order processing. The position contributes directly to strategic planning, the execution of incentive programs, and the ongoing health of retailer relationships to ensure long-term success and partner satisfaction.

As the Retail Success Manager for Smarter Home.ai
, you will be responsible for:
- Serving as the main point of contact for assigned retail partners.
- Building strong, trust-based relationships to ensure long-term success.
- Conducting regular check-ins with retail partners to review performance, provide updates, and address challenges.
- Assisting retailers & call center agents with processing of mobile phone activations using back-end systems access enabled by our partners & providers
- Implementing sales strategies to drive monthly activation goals.
- Working with partners to increase product penetration rates across internet, mobile, streaming, and home security categories.
- Driving adoption and optimization of Smarter Home.ai’s tools, bundles, and kiosks at partner locations.
- Training store staff on Smarter Home.ai products, systems, and sales processes.
- Conducting onboarding sessions for new retail partners and employees.
- Assisting with order processing questions, commission reporting issues, and service escalations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to expedite the resolution of partner concerns
- Reviewing partner commission reports for accuracy.
- Communicating monthly earnings expectations and helping partners understand payout calculations.
- Supporting the rollout of promotions, incentive programs, and operational updates.
- Providing weekly and monthly reporting on partner performance, activation trends, training status, and escalation closures.
For the position of Retail Success Manager for Smarter Home.ai, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications and skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in technology customer service, retail account management, or channel sales.
- Strong capacity for multi-tasking and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with commission processes and sales operations.
- Training or facilitation experience is a plus.
- Proficient with Office Suite, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Minimal travel required (up to 10% — primarily for key retailer meetings, events, and program launches).
- Primary support is virtual and in-office.

Quarterly bonus payouts are contingent upon achieving at least 95% of KPIs for the quarter.
- English (fluent, written and spoken). Spanish is a plus, but not required.
