. We are seeking a driven, energetic, and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our team on a 100%
commission basis
. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives on independence, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to maximize their earning potential in a growing home services industry.

• Generate leads and close sales for residential and commercial window cleaning services.
• Conduct door-to-door, local outreach, or community-based sales efforts.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain excellent customer service and follow-up to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Accurately quote jobs.

• Prior experience in sales, field marketing, customer service, or home services (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Access to reliable transportation and a smartphone.
• Ability to walk and canvass neighbourhoods or business districts.

• High Commission: Earn % on every job sold (one-time and recurring) — no cap on earnings.
