As an Inside Debt Sales Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, turning conversations into solutions and helping people regain control of their financial future. You’ll work closely with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored debt relief solutions with a personal touch.
What You’ll Do:- Engage with prospective clients over the phone, offering them a lifeline and a clear path to debt relief. Your expertise and genuine care will be the key to their financial freedom.
- Use your exceptional communication skills to explain complex debt relief solutions in a way that’s easy to understand and compelling.
- Establish trust and rapport with clients, becoming their go-to resource for all things debt relief. Your goal is to be their financial ally every step of the way.
- Set and achieve sales goals with enthusiasm and creativity. Celebrate your wins and learn from challenges with a team that supports you every step of the way.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and our latest offerings so you can provide the best solutions and advice to our clients.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a related field, with a knack for closing deals and achieving targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Empathy and patience are your superpowers.
- A natural problem-solver who can think on their feet and find creative solutions to meet clients’ needs.
- A motivated, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is always ready to go the extra mile.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.

Expected hours: 40+ per week
Location: Onsite in Newport Beach, CA
Expected Total earnings: $120,000 - $200,000
