Summary
The Commission Sales Associate helps customers shop for furniture and bedding in store and online. The role focuses on gracious service, product knowledge, sales, and building lasting customer relationships while supporting store operations.
Responsibilities- Create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable shopping experience and cultivate customer relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online customers using available technology.
- Participate in merchandising, fulfillment, and operational tasks, including maintaining the sales floor.
- Share information about loyalty programs and support customers throughout their shopping experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to meet customer needs.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
