You will check common areas and perimeter points, respond to resident concerns, document activity, and communicate clearly with property staff and emergency services when needed. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license in line with AU Driver Policy Requirements.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Conduct regular and random vehicle and/or foot patrols throughout the residential community, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

+ Monitor for unusual activity, unsecured doors or gates, parking or access concerns, and other potential policy issues, and report findings according to site-specific requirements.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access issues, noise complaints, and other community disturbances as directed.

+ Complete routine documentation such as patrol activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and/or property management.

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
