Security Officer Mall Access Control

Allied Universal - Up to $22.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout retail common areas, parking structures and/or lots, loading zones, and perimeter areas; document notable conditions per site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including handling disturbances, assisting with lost and found inquiries, and coordinating with property management and/or local responders as needed;
Monitor for suspicious or unusual activity, help to deter theft and/or property damage, and report hazards or maintenance issues observed during patrols to the appropriate parties;
Complete detailed shift activity reports, incident reports, and/or access and key control logs, and assist with directing pedestrian and vehicle traffic during peak hours, special events, and/or deliveries
