Security Officer Mall Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, parking structures, loading areas, and exterior perimeters; observe and report unusual activity and/or potential hazards;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical calls for service, and/or lost child assistance, following post orders and escalation protocols;
Monitor access points and assist with traffic flow and/or crowd movement during peak shopping periods and special events; offer directions and information as needed;
Complete detailed patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity reports; communicate timely updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership
