Security Officer Rapid Response Mall Patrol

Allied Universal - Up to $22.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and staff by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail and mall location.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with disturbances, medical calls, alarms, and requests for assistance.;
Monitor access points, observe shopper traffic patterns, and coordinate with property management and/or local responders as needed to address security-related issues.;
Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate pertinent updates to supervisors and site contacts.
