Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random vehicle and/or foot patrols throughout the residential community, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations;
Monitor for unusual activity, unsecured doors or gates, parking or access concerns, and other potential policy issues;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access issues, noise complaints, and other community disturbances as directed;
Complete routine documentation such as patrol activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and/or property management
