Security Officer Mall Center Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail center location.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, parking lots, loading areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and policy concerns.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, disturbances, and alarms, and coordinate with site contacts and public responders as needed.;
Monitor and help manage access points, after-hours entries, and key control activities per site procedures, and assist with crowd and traffic flow during peak periods and special events.;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate status updates to leadership and site personnel.
