Security Officer Patrol Driver Flex

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, parking areas, and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or policy concerns;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, disturbances, lost child reports, and customer assistance requests;
Monitor and document conditions and incidents using written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate updates to site leadership and local emergency services when needed;
Support access control and traffic flow by observing entrances, responding to alarms or calls for service, and providing direction and information to visitors as needed
