• Stand post at a designer brand boutique store and greet all guests/customers as they enter and exit the store.
• Represent the brand as a positive ambassador and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a strong sense of attentiveness.
• Maintain professionalism and cooperate with store associates.
• Complete accurate product counts regularly.
• Monitor item presentations and ensure they are conducted properly.
• Complete activity reports daily using the company template.
• Log all deliveries and vendor visits as they occur.
• Follow security protocols and take directives from management and boutique staff.

• Be punctual and consistently arrive on time for each shift.
• Maintain a well‑groomed and professional appearance.
• Maintain an excellent attendance record.
• Have excellent interpersonal communication skills in customer service.
• Possess a high level of awareness, attentiveness, and alertness.
• Be able to deescalate situations and remain calm in confrontation.
• Capable of standing for long periods and exhibiting physical strength.
• Have astute observation and detailed note‑taking/reporting skills.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Active California Guard Card (or ability to obtain one).
• Reliable availability and willingness to accept shifts as needed.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service position.
• Must undergo a background check and drug screen.
• Stable work history.
• Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
