Security Officer Foot Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors and/or shoppers by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout retail common areas, storefront corridors, loading and service zones, and perimeter parking areas;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, disturbances, lost child reports, and/or property concerns, and coordinate with on-site management and public responders as directed;
Monitor for suspicious activity and policy violations to help to deter theft and/or unauthorized access, and address issues through verbal direction and timely notification to site representatives;
Complete routine logs and incident reports, document observations, and communicate status updates via radio and/or phone while maintaining a professional, customer-focused presence
