** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.

+ Monitor high-traffic areas and help to deter unauthorized activity, loitering, and/or disruptions while maintaining a professional presence and assisting with routine inquiries.

+ Communicate with site contacts, store personnel, and/or local responders as needed regarding security-related concerns, customer service issues, and incident response activities.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

+ A guard card and/or license is preferred.

+ CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
