Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or public emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, parking areas, storefront perimeters, and other assigned locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support a welcoming environment, assist with directional inquiries, and report security-related concerns in accordance with post orders;
Support retail center operations by observing customer and employee activity, following site-specific policies, and completing routine reports related to incidents, patrols, and/or property observations
