** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or public emergency personnel as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, parking areas, storefront perimeters, and other assigned locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support a welcoming environment, assist with directional inquiries, and report security-related concerns in accordance with post orders.

+ Support retail center operations by observing customer and employee activity, following site-specific policies, and completing routine reports related to incidents, patrols, and/or property observations.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Pepper spray certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
