Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the property and monitor for unsecured doors, trespassers, and safety hazards;
Respond to guest and associate calls during patrol and prioritize emergencies;
Draft incident reports and maintain logs (key logs, lost and found, group resumes, contractor passes, emergency equipment) with daily audits;
View CCTV monitors and maintain surveillance of grounds through the camera system;
Conduct associate safety training and report/resolves daily safety hazards
