Saturday and Sunday, 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors, carrying out access control procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, document arrivals, departures, and deliveries in accordance with property guidelines.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations calmly while communicating with property management and emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around residential buildings, common areas, parking locations, and perimeter spaces to identify unusual activity or policy violations.
• Support a professional residential environment by providing directions, answering questions, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and other security-related concerns.

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred.
• Guard card and/or license preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles, 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation, drug screening, and other applicable licensing requirements.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants may be required to provide a valid driver's license for driving positions.
