Position Type: Part Time / Late Swing Shift

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Friday 06:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Saturday 06:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Sunday 06:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site expectations.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout offices, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related issues.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and communicate with site contacts regarding deliveries, guests, and/or after‑hours access requests.
• Support daily operations by preparing incident reports, maintaining awareness of location conditions, and assisting with customer‑focused interactions involving employees, clients, and/or members of the public.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
