Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, guests, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities throughout the location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or local responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns;
Monitor activity at the location and assist with access control, crowd flow, and after-hours checks in support of daily operations and special events;
Prepare clear reports on incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and relay relevant information to Allied Universal supervisors and/or site contacts
