Security Officer Bicycle Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and document relevant details according to site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, exterior walkways, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas while observing for policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or maintenance concerns, and report findings to the appropriate personnel.;
Support access control, crowd management, and/or after-hours checks as needed while maintaining a visible presence and assisting with customer and tenant inquiries.
