Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Director of Security in the daily operations of the Safety and Security Department and supporting the company's goals and objectives. The role requires full‑time coverage from Thursday through Monday, including evening shifts on Thursday, Sunday, and Monday (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) and extended evening shifts on Friday and Saturday (6:30 PM – 3:00 AM).

We are seeking an experienced security professional to manage the department’s operations, oversee staff performance, and handle incident response and claims.

• Maintain department goals and objectives.
• Oversee daily operations of the Security Department.
• Monitor performance and provide input on associate performance.
• Assist with all claims, incidents, emergencies, fire alarms, medical aid, and reports of criminal activity.

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and understand the predominant language(s) of guests.
• Punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Security experience required.

• Luxury hotel experience strongly preferred.

Most tasks are performed indoors. Candidates must be able to stand and move for up to 4 hours, lift up to 50 lbs., and push/pull equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. They must also be able to bend, stoop, squat, stretch, work in the parking garage, outside the building, and on the roof, and perform tasks that require grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, and listening.

The pay scale for Security Supervisor (Full‑time/PM) is $27.00 per hour. This is the base hourly wage exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, and gratuities.
