Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

• Sat: 10:30 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun: 10:30 PM - 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or front desk protocols at a commercial office location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and assist with visitor check-in, badge distribution, and/or directing guests to the appropriate destination.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
• Answer phones, document daily activity, maintain visitor and delivery logs, and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues according to site guidelines.
• Support access control functions at the front desk by verifying credentials, following key and/or package handling procedures, and providing courteous assistance to building occupants and guests.

• A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
