Security Shopping Plaza

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout retail common areas, parking areas, storefront perimeters, and other assigned locations.;
Monitor for unauthorized activity, property concerns, and/or suspicious behavior, helping to deter unwanted activity through visible presence and timely reporting.;
Assist with access control, directional assistance, and general support at the location while following Allied Universal standards and client site expectations.
