Security Officer Flex Gated Community

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location.;
Document visitor activity, deliveries, and security-related incidents, and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns.
