Security Officer Building Access Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at the front desk of a commercial office location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.;
Monitor access to the building or designated areas, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and/or contractor logs.;
Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general information, and coordinate communication with building management, tenants, emergency responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.;
Observe front desk activity, monitor available security-related systems, and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or policy violations according to site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including initiating site-specific emergency response activities when appropriate.
