Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures;
Monitor access points, verify authorization for entry, and maintain visitor, vendor, and delivery logs in accordance with residential community procedures;
Operate access-control systems, gates, intercoms, cameras, and related equipment; report equipment issues and unusual activity to appropriate personnel;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns
