Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using React, Redux, and Chart.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and data visualization features into platforms.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems to enhance performance and reliability.
- Ensure all deliverables are well-documented and meet quality assurance standards.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in code reviews.
- Stay current with evolving technologies and industry trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Skills:
- Proven expertise with React and Redux in a production environment.
- Experience integrating and utilizing Chart.js or similar data visualization libraries.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data management.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Skills:
- Experience working in the staffing and recruiting industry, or with HR tech platforms.
- Knowledge of Type Script or other strongly typed languages.
- Background in implementing authentication and authorization in web applications.
- Cloud services experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Contributions to open-source projects or experience mentoring junior developers.
