We’re actively seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Life Web Solutions team in Newport Beach, CA.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll play a key role in Pacific Life’s growth and long-term success by building and delivering cutting‑edge web solutions to enhance Customer Journey. You will fill a new role that sits on a team of 5 people in the CMD division. Your colleagues will include Senior System Analysts & Engineers, fellow professionals that believes in open communication, collaboration & teamwork, continuous learning, innovation and at the same time having fun by virtue or recognitions and celebrations.

• Design, Develop & Deliver end to end solutions to meet business needs and build as per enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high‑quality software solutions.
• Own end‑to‑end feature development, from concept to deployment.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and system stability concerns.
• Design, Develop & Maintain end to end CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ Years of software development experiences with minimum 2 years of experience as Full Stack Engineer.
• Proven expertise in building and maintaining web applications using modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., React).
• Strongproficiencyin server-side languages (.NET, Node.js)
• Experience with other programming languages like Python and/or Java is a plus.
• Experience with AWS Cloud services and serverless computing.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and SOAP/RESTful/ Graph
  
  QL API design.
• Experience with database technologies (SQLServer, Postgre Sql, Dynamo
  
  DB).
• Proficiency with Dev Sec Ops  practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Experience with Work Management platforms Azure Dev Ops or similar platforms.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, AWS Certified Developer)
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools
• Experience with an Integration Platform like Mulesoft is a plus.
• Knowledge of best practices in cybersecurity and data protection.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
