We’re looking for engineers who have built real products at scale—or made meaningful

contributions to complex systems—and who are excited to own outcomes, not just code.

• Build and evolve core components of the platform ecosystem.
• Design systems for performance, scalability, and resilience using strong architectural and testing practices.
• Provide Level 3 support for critical production applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Translate complex requirements into clean, production-quality software.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Contribute to a culture that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands‑on software development experience in Java.

• Strong fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, OOP, and design patterns.
• Experience with relational and/or No
  
  SQL databases and RESTful APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka or similar).
• Experience with distributed caching technologies.
• Cloud experience (preferably AWS) and modern data platforms.

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Passion for solving complex problems end‑to‑end.

Bachelor’s degree or master’s in computer science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.
