Job Details- Schedule: Monday
- Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (Hybrid
- Primarily Remote Once Established) - Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 + Bonus (Based on Sales)
- Location: Newport News, VA
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations
- Oversee AIA documentation (pay applications, schedules of values, lien waivers)
- Prepare financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow)
- Collaborate with CPA on tax filings, audits, and financial compliance
- Ensure payroll processing and month-end/year-end close are accurate and timely
- Proven experience as a full-cycle Bookkeeper
- Proficiency in Quick Books Desktop & Excel
- Experience with AIA documentation
- Associate's degree in accounting or bookkeeping certification (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
