Full description:
Currently seeking two childcare (assistant teachers/teachers/aides) individuals who are available to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm. These individuals must love working with young children and be able to cultivate a loving and enriching environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a preschool or childcare facility.

• Assist in the implementation of curricula activities and encourage participation by children.
• Actively engage in activities; manage cleanliness, maintenance, and availability of classroom materials.
• Maintain frequent communication with parents through informal discussions and progress reports.
• Encourage self‑help and good hygiene through behavior modeling.
• Help ensure smooth, daily transition from home to child care center.
• Follow all center policies and state regulations.
• Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.

• Minimum of 1 year of professional child care experience.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
• An understanding of child development.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must clear full background check and must pass health screening.
• Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields.
• Passionate about working with children.
• Ability to build rapport with children.
• Positive and patient demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a preschool or childcare facility setting.
• Will work with children between the ages of 6 weeks and 2 years old.
• Required High School diploma or equivalent.
