Spotting risks early and setting the standard for how safety should actually be done.

• Site inspections and hazard assessments
• Leading toolbox talks and field training
• Supporting Foremen and Project Managers
• Preparing Activity Hazard Analyses and safety plans
• Investigating incidents and managing reporting
• Driving a positive, coaching-led safety culture
• 75% of your time in the field and 25% in the office

• Construction or industrial safety experience
• OSHA knowledge
• Confident communicating with site teams and leadership
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Must have a valid driving record

• $75,000 to $78,000 salary
