Multifamily Superintendent – Newport News, VA
If you can lead a ground‑up project from dirt to ribbon‑cutting, this GC wants you.
Build major ground‑up and repositioning multifamily projects for a top General Contractor with 40 years of success and an excellent reputation in the Mid‑Atlantic market. This is a strong role with a respected GC—if you’ve built big multifamily jobs, this one is worth your time.
What You’ll DoTake full ownership of the jobsite—safety, quality, schedule, subcontractor performance, and team leadership. You’ll run the field from day one and deliver a clean, well‑organized project through final turnover.
