We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, particularly those related to USACE (US Army Corps of Engineers) Projects. This is a permanent position that offers excellent growth opportunities and the chance to work on exciting and challenging projects.
ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from start to finish, ensuring completion within budget, on time, and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
Lead and supervise a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and laborers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and conduct regular inspections to identify issues or deviations, implementing corrective measures.
Uphold all safety protocols and regulations, conducting safety meetings, inspections, and training to promote a culture of safety.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear communication of progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize profitability through cost-saving strategies.
Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare comprehensive reports for management and clients, and highlight project status and potential risks.
Experience:
3+ years in the construction industry, managing and supervising projects.
Skills:
Proven ability to oversee construction projects with a solid understanding of processes and best practices.
Experience on Federal Government Construction projects (e.g., US Army Corps of Engineers) and familiarity with relevant regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills, motivating and inspiring team members.
Skills:
Ability to identify and resolve construction-related issues promptly and effectively.
Skills:
Exceptional organization, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
