  • Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, and project stakeholders.

  • Oversee startup, commissioning, owner training, warranty turnover, and final project closeout.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely and in compliance with OSHA and company standards.

Qualifications
  • 710+ years of Project Management experience in mechanical construction.
  • Experience managing commercial mechanical projects valued between $8M $12M.
  • Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and change orders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with Timberline (Sage 300 CRE) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with large mechanical contractors ($50M+ annual revenue preferred).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
