- Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
- Monitor labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and project costs to ensure profitability.
- Review and process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with field operations, fabrication, commissioning, and service teams.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular financial and progress reporting.
- Oversee startup, commissioning, owner training, warranty turnover, and final project closeout.
- Ensure projects are completed safely and in compliance with OSHA and company standards.

- 710+ years of Project Management experience in mechanical construction.
- Experience managing commercial mechanical projects valued between $8M $12M.
- Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and change orders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- Experience with Timberline (Sage 300 CRE) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience with large mechanical contractors ($50M+ annual revenue preferred).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
